Japan Tour: Visa Requirements and Important Information

Visa Processing Requirements:

1. Photographs: Three copies (45mm x 45mm).
2. Passport: Valid passport copy.
3. Company Registration Certificates.
4. Employment Certificate: For job holders only.
5. Leave Certificate: From the company (job holders only).
6. Financial Proof: Bank balance certificate (5-7 lac) or credit card.
7. Consular Interview: Required with applicants.

Tour Considerations:

• Pricing: Quoted in NPR per person, subject to change without notice.
• Package Applicability: Valid for both FIT and group bookings.
• Hotel Accommodation: Based on double occupancy.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Late Check-out: Until 2:00 PM if allowed by the hotel. After 6:00 PM, an extra night is charged.
• Extensions: Subject to availability at the time of request.
• Refund Policy: No refunds for unused tour portions.
  • In case of emergencies or unforeseen events (e.g., accident, storm), Moon Sun Travel is not liable for surcharges or penalties from hotels and suppliers.
• Airport Transfers:
  • Maximum waiting time: 1 hour after flight arrival. Delays will incur personal transfer costs.
• Tour Pick-up:
  • Maximum waiting time: 10 minutes. Delays will incur personal transfer costs.
• Airport Check-in: Arrive 3 hours before departure.

Booking Information:

• Advance Payment: 50% of total required at booking with submission of documents.
